Unable to install ZESM_ZCM_11.2.1.262.zip (HP issue)

Hi,

When I try to do the
zman supf "Update for ZENworks 11 SP2 (11.2.1)" ZESM_ZCM_11.2.1.262.zip

following exactly the steps from the download ZCM_11.2.1_TID7003532_7006958_20120727.zip

for resolving the issue with HP driveguard

I get this:
we were unable to find the system update for the name specified. try again using the uid of the update

what am i doing wrong?
