Sysvolsync error 255

Hi i'm a newbie for DSfW, and installed the product last week at the customer.
The only problem i have is that the sysvol content is not replicated to the ADC. When i start manual the sysvolsync, the following error occured (loglevel - 4, PDC=M-H-SRV02, ADC=M-B-SRV02)

A validate of xadcntl give no error at all, and there is no /var/opt/novell/xad/sysvol_sock file

I don't know how to solve or troubleshoot further this issue. has anyone an idea?
