Problem with microsoft July 10 2012 patches?

Problems downloading the following patches. (copied of the Patch Management status page)

MS12-046 Security Update for Microsoft Office 2003 (KB2598361) Failed Failed to download one or more packages
MS12-046 Security Update for Microsoft Office 2007 suites (KB2596744) Failed Failed to download one or more packages
MS12-046 Security Update for Microsoft Office 2010 32-Bit Edition (KB2553447) Failed Failed to download one or more packages
MS12-046 Security Update for Microsoft Office 2010 32-Bit Edition (KB2598243) Failed Failed to download one or more packages
MS12-047 Security Update for Windows XP (KB2718523) Failed Failed to download one or more packages
MS12-048 Security Update for Windows XP (KB2691442) Failed Failed to download one or more packages
MS12-049 Security Update for Windows XP (KB2655992) Failed Failed to download one or more packages
MS12-050 Security Update for Microsoft Office 2007 suites (KB2596666) Failed Failed to download one or more packages

Doing some more checking it looks like none of the MS patches dated July 10 2012 will download.

loader-messages.log only shows the following entries when I update cache on any of them:
[DEBUG] [8/3/12 11:54:14 AM] [] [PatchLicense] [122] [] [Entering VerifyLicense] [] []
[DEBUG] [8/3/12 11:54:14 AM] [] [PatchLicense] [122] [] [Returning valid ] [] []

Are others having this problem? I can download other patches just fine.
