ZCM 10.3 Uninstall from SLES 10.4

I'm trying to uninstall a primary (3rd added) because it is no longer needed. I am running this command: /opt/novell/zenworks/bin/zenuninstall -x -u "user" -p "password" and I am getting an authentication error on the password. Our password starts with an ! so I'm not sure if this is the problem? The message in the log says "AUTHENTICATION FAILED (Code : 2).

Any ideas? The first primary is a different server so I don't think uninstalling this one should matter.
