List folders contained under a Landing Page

I was looking for a way to dynamically display all the folders under a Landing Page. Almost like a navigation tree. I know I can link individually to each folder that is under that workspace, but I would prefer to have something that would see all the folders under the workspace and then present them. I'm not opposed to creating my own, but I don't have any JSP experience. A good reference would be nice.
