Accepted Appointments show up as accepted under reserve

Hello,

some of our GW-Users are getting notes from external Outlook-Users (not members of our GW-System) that they had accepted their invitation for an appointment "under reserve", which is irritating them. But they just clicked on "Accept". I can't find any differences in the GW-Properties to other GW-Users, where this doesn't happen.

Any ideas?
