Audit/eDirectory question

All,
Sorry in advance for the duplicate post, but I really don’t know if Audit or eDirectory is the more appropriate forum… now on to my question.
I have a requirement to be able to audit changes to Universal Password Policies in eDirectory.

Can Novell Audit do this? If not, is there an alternative?

If Novell Audit will work? How is it licensed? Is it a separate license from eDirectory?
