Greetings,
I am unable to install a 64bit driver onto iPrint. For clarity, I am attempting to install a Ricoh, but I get the same issue with any driver.
What happens is iManager shows the driver being uploaded, but when the driver dialog pops up, it quickly disappears, the driver list refreshes, and the uploaded driver is gone. When I check the resdir, the driver directory and files have been copied. The logs show the following error:
Dec 21 08:15:50 WARNING DelTree() : Unable to set the time stamp on the driver directory /var/opt/novell/iprint/resdir/driver_windows-nt-6.1_x86-64_en/RICOH Aficio MP C5501 PCL 6. Error code No such file or directory.
Dec 21 08:15:50 WARNING Could not backup the driver time-stamp.
Dec 21 08:15:50 INFO Compressing files for: driver_windows-nt-6.1_x86-64_en/RICOH Aficio MP C5501 PCL 6
I assume the error is referencing the directory stated, but it is there:
iprint:/var/opt/novell/iprint/resdir/driver_windows-nt-6.1_x86-64_en # ls
HP Designjet T2300 HPGL2 PCL6 Driver for Universal Print RICOH Aficio MP C3001 PCL 6 ids_toc.ini
HP Designjet T2300ps HPGL2 RICOH Aficio 1515 PCL 6 RICOH Aficio MP C5501 PCL 6
HP Designjet T2300ps PS3 RICOH Aficio 3235C PCL 6 Ricoh Aficio MP 2500 PCL6
LAN-Fax M8 RICOH Aficio MP C2050 PCL 6 Ricoh Aficio MP C2500 PCL6
So I am sort of stuck and I have four new printers to install. Any ideas would be appreciated.
