Need reportpkg.jar

Hi,

I have to create custom report, for which i need to have Report Packaging tool.

To start the Novell Identity Manager Report Packaging Tool, i need reportpkg.jar. From where i can get this jar. Does it come in the product package or can i download it from somewhere ?
