how can set search expression based on profile attribute?

Hi,

I am using "search list portlet" to make a search page based on user profile attribute, i want to set search criteria/expression on attribute based.
for ex:
Attribute : Expression
FirstName : contains
: start with
: equals
Phone : contains
: equal
: less than
: not equals
:not contains etc.

1) means expression list will not be same for all profile attribute it should be different and change on the selection of attribute.
2) I also want to remove all the tabs form the search page like role,authorization,self-profile, work dashboard etc, tried RBPM tab to do this but unable to remove Authorization tab.


please help how can i do the same.
