howto delete IFR Objects, like netware license file

i am having problems deleting a netware license file from the edir. It is IFR protected and the current admin user does not have rights to delete the file or gain access to it

it is relevant to the DSfW provisioning that now fails to samify this object.

Unfortunatly i can't find this TID, seems deleted
