No Dirxml Loader Console for my install !!!

Hello,

I have installed Active Directory Remote Loader and Lotus Notes Remote Loader on Windows 2k8 R2, but I can not launch the live Dirxml Loader Console

Could any one help

When restarting the Dirxml services the Console is not launched !
