we are still running the DataSyncServer.
The problems start when the user moved some calendar Itmes. The next day, all items where stored in the ecycler. Restoring in GW was not a problem but since this day in the connector engine were only 14 elements as not synced shown, and it was not possible to sync emails or calendar items.
What i tryed out:
GW check (user), restarting the connectors, restarting the server, clearing the caches, deleting the device in the connector, deleting the exchange Account on the device - all this without any result.
Since today the device ist not reaching the server because of security restrictons. But there was no change on the system.
All other user (only 17 at all) can synchronize ...
Can some one assit please? -.-
