POA Not Loading

I have a server that I am trying to install the POA onto. I already have a server that has Groupwise with the MTA on it, and I want to bring this new server into that. I already have several other servers that are set up with a POA there.

I installed the POA agent but when I go to the console and put in grpwise, it gives me several things that look like they load, but never get the POA screen up.
