zcc blank after reboot

Hi all,

After reboot of primary server ZCC is gone. Deliver certificate (valid) but does not display any pages, zcc.log has no entrys after 16.50 today. no problem with disk space.
This gives allso that login in is extreamly slow, + 15 min
enivronment
sles10sp4 cm10.3.4
have run zen validation no problems,

any suggestions
