Query time attribute ???

Hello every one,

I have to do the following

Implement a job that if triggred , perform a query on all the users that their leave date attribut ( time attribut) is less or equal to now.

On eDir the date format is 20111220080743Z

Is there any way to query on time attribut with "less or equal" option

do not hesitate to provide details as I am a liitle new to Novell IDM
