Volume SYS will not mount: Netware 4.11

I have a Netware 4.11 Server (licensed for 25 Users) running two (2) scsi Hard drives. The Hard drives are partitioned as follows:

Hard drive One:

DOS 200 meg & Netware 18 gig:
The Netware partition is allocated to Three (3) Volumes: SYS, Vol1a and Vol1b

Hard drive Two is allocated wholey to Netware (18 gig), two volumes: Vol2a and Vol2b.

I had a power failure. When I rebooted the Server it booted fine to Dos, however when when I ran "Server.exe" the server could not load Volume SYS. I received the following error messages:

SCSIHD retry event: request 32307C
SCSIHD retry event: request 323314
Server-4.11-416 Mirror copies of the volume directory do not match

Auto loading modular Vrepair.nlm
SCSIHD retry event: request FE88874
SCSIHD retry event: request 3125C0

Then the server tries to mount Volume SYS again and I receive the messages:

SCSIHD retry event: request 31270C
SCSIHD retry event: request FE88C58

I receive the message "Unable to Mount Volume SYS - Server-4.11-416 Mirror copies of the volume directory do not match"
Then the server asks me to name the server and allocate a number for the IPX network and advises that I am licenced for one user.
After I named the server and allocated an IPX number I manually loaded the Ethertsm.nlm file from the C: drive as well as the Lan driver (Slot=3, Frame = Ethernet_802.3, Name=CE1000) then bound IPX to the card.

I then mounted the Volumes: Vol1a, Vol1b, Vol2a and Vol2b. I tried to log onto the server as "Administrator" using a laptop workstation so I could extract critical information on Vol1a but the workstation cannot locate the server to log on.

Q1. Am I right in assuming that I need Vol SYS to be mounted before I can log-on even, as Administrator?
Q2. Can I re-install Netware 4.11 from the CD to the SYS volume without corrupting the data on Vol1a, Vol1b, Vol2a, etc?
Q3. If I re-install Netware 4.11 to a new Hard drive, can I then link the existing hard drives to the new Hard drive and be able to access Vol1a, Vol1b etc?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Regards Ron
