DLU not consistently working

We are running SLES 11.1 and ZCM 11.2.4. We are running agent version 11.2.4.32791. We are having issues with our DLU policy not taking effect all of the time. It fails sporadically on different computers throughout the day. I have attached two agent log files from recent failures. Any help would be appreciated.
