Team manager and Roles

Hi all,
I'm configuring teams and I have a doubt.
I have assigned to managers rights to view Running PRD. That way, managers can manage a teams member and check the status of his requests. That's working fine.

If the manager expands the section 'Role Assignments' or 'Resource Assignments' on the user's Work Dashboard, he cannot see roles and resources assigned to the user.
Is it correct? Which rights does the manager need in order to view the roles assigned to the team's members?

Any suggestion will be appreciated. Thanks,
