I was just made aware of a slightly odd issue. We have a user reporting that their mailbox is currently 25113 MB (25 GB) in size. The IT staff here has gone through the users mailbox and confirmed that they in reality have less than 30 messages in their mailbox, and with folders included have nothing close to that size. Customer has run checks on this mailbox, which I believe included statistics, and they are just trying to explain what might have this mailbox showing such a high number.
If it is a bug or other anomaly they are alright with that, as currently they are planning on moving towards GroupWise 2012.
