Problem with Tivoli Storage mangager

Hi all,

tivoli storage manger are unable to backup some files and traverse some folders while backing up nss filesystem on oes11sp1.
DST is enabled on the filesystem and the problem is both on primary and secondary area.
error message in tivoli log file is
"02/18/14 22:07:17 ANS1228E Sending of object '/media/nss/USER/home/sifr/Ãvrigt/Utb' failed.
02/18/14 22:07:17 ANS4042E Object name '/media/nss/USER/home/sifr/Ãvrigt/Utb' contains one or more unrecognized characters and is not valid."
LC_CTYPE=en_US
LANG=en_US
Have tried to change lc_type and lang to en_US.utf8 but no joy

Any ideas?
