Exporting/Import Bundle Assignments

I'm helping someone that lost their user source. I can't seem to add another, now, so trying to see if there is a way to export assignments, remove user source, add user source, and re-import so they don't need to redo the whole thing. Or am I missing something regarding adding another User Source? They are the same tree, so get error regarding that if trying to add normally.
