Hello,
we want to use cups for our edv labs. So we have configured a cups server with a buch of classes oriented on our room names. After doing this we have connected to these classes via windows. All works fine. As the last step we want to deploy the new printers with zen to our clients. We use the http-protocol for our printers.
So I tried to create a printer policy with the following path as target:
http://cupsserver:631/classes/LO_113
But zen says that the name is not valid. After some trial and error I have tested some other paths. It seems that the name / path need an included "printers" and have to be ended with /.printer. So a path http://cupsserver:631/printers/LO_113/.printer would work but isn't the path we need.
So is there a way that he accept our path or a solution for this problem?
Greetings
