I have a couple of users that are getting an odd error message when trying to open some email messages. I've done some investigation and have not found much information at all regarding this error. Were running GW2012SP1 on SLES on the backend. We have a separate email archive system and I have a job that runs weekly to purge all messages older that 2 years (to help conserve disk space and users that never seem to find time to "clean-up" their mailboxes). This could make sense, but I wanted to ask if anyone else has seen a message similar to this and any insight they might have.
