Adding a second primary server not in Server Hierarchy

SLES 11 sp 2, installed ZCM 11.2 then patched to 11.2.4

I can see the server under the devices\servers menu but it's not in my Server Hierarchy. Any suggestions on what I may have missed? I would like to make this a peer to my current primary server.
