Switched our static IP to a new one yesterday. Since then users can not connect to mailboxes. Running GroupWise 7.0.1 po and clients. I have an A record that resolves to our new IP address. This worked before with the old IP. Each client has gwmail.domain.com as their address for logging in. Using gwmail.domain.com/gw/webacc in a browser does work. Internally gwmail.domain.com seems to be working now, did not before. I have opened up http ports 9850, 8080 on the firewall. Did not need to do this before.
Not sure if this significant, but 192.168.0.90:8080 returns "Unable to Connect".
Any help, much appreciated.
