Users who have access rights don't see entries in the folder

Hi

I've created a workspace and gave administrator rights to users who need them. The problem is those users cannot see all the entries in the folder. They can only see the entries they themselves created. The only user who can see all the entries is the site wide admin user. Can I give the users the same rights as the site wide admin or is there another solution. Thanks!
