Mirror data from local storage to iscsi target

Trying to migrate some old physical netware boxes to a nice new iSCSI san. I actually configured nw6.5 to mirror the local NSS partitions (4 in total, two for SYS pool and two for DATA pool), to mirror to the iscsi target. This completed successfully and is still in sync. Now, my goal here is to have all the data on the SAN, so I'd like to somehow "break" the mirror and have it only use the data that is now mirrored on the SAN. No longer want to use the local disks.

How do I go about that?

Also, will eventually be p2v'ing this server onto vmware.. pretty sure you need to use Portlock to do such a thing, but just making my intentions known, if it matters.
