Address not in "preferred internet domains" sync problems

Hello
I working with mobility ver 1.2.5.4417 and everything works basicly fine.
All the users that synced their devices up till now were in our "preferred" domain name.
The first user that i tryed to add to mobility that is in another domain (our domain) is
connecting ok from the device but unable to see his mails or calender events !
Strangly enough he can send mails from the device!
i didnot find anything in the log files (but i'm not very good with it)
Any ideas anyone ?
