Clarification of TID 7014446

I was hoping to get more details on this issue - "Two or more iPhones won't sync with DataSync" (Link) TID 7014446



We've had some weird issues with IOS devices lately and this new TID caught my attention. The TID is vague and was hoping to get some more details on the bug cited in the TID- BUG #860127. Which version of mobility is affected would be a nice starting point.
