Adminstudio 12 fails to register

Hey Guys, quick question. I'm trying to install / register the adminstudio 2013 zenworks edition but running into trouble. My Zen server is up to 11.2 and software update entitlements are active. When I try to point a clean install of AdminStudio 2013 Zen edition to the zen server for activation it says "Unable to connect to license server". When I tell it to move along anyway it tells me that I'm not entitled to use it. Any thoughts on what to try? I've tried ports 80 and 443, I use 443 to connect to the web interface.
