No subscriber events at all

I'm having a problem with IDM 4.0.1
The problem is that events from IDM are not being detected.
The strange thing is that it happens in all drivers.

I´ve looked in all my driver's logs (AD, role & resource service, plain text) and none of them have subscriber events (ST).
Did anyone have a problem like this before?
