iPrint Appliance Updating iPrint Appliance Clients From Windows

Would like to upgrade my iPrint appliance NIPP to version 5.94 directly onto the appliance. By default, the home page is hosting the older versions.

The instructions state:
[INDENT]iPrint Appliance version 1.0.1 - Copy the iPrint Client version 5.94 or later to the iPrint Appliance"

We have only been able to mount to the SYS volume which doesn't have these files. It may be obvious/simple - appreciate anyone who can shed light on this matter.
