Trying to Re-create user database

Hi,

I have a user that was having issues with her Groupwise so I ran the gwcheck on her account and the user database had corruption. I am trying to Re-create the user database now. I am using gwcheck and I selected "Re-create User Database" from the action list and ran that on the user. I get the following error in the log file: (Problem 92- Database userkfj.db: MAINT_IN_PROGRESS. Attempting rebuild...
this problem can be fixed only by running REBUILD) What do I need to do to fix this and get the User database re-created?
