iPrint 5.86 cancelling documents

My problems sounds very similar to the one here at https://forums.novell.com/showthread...oto=nextoldest (except for the Korean part). I'm running Win 7 Enterprise on a x64 PC, and iPrint version 5.86. Whether I'm trying to print from Word, a .pdf, or a browser, my document immediately gets cancelled. The job shows up in the queue, but always with the 'cancelled' status.
