Force Run budle on user logout

Greets.
I have a .vbs script that I need to run when a user logs out. I've created a bundle and added a Run Script launch action. When the bundle is run manually it works perfectly, however when the user logs out the script doesn't run. I've tried setting the Launch Schedule to User Logout and ZENworks - Logout, neither worked.

Any help much appreciated.
