2012 Webaccess Client and Hyperlinks

We have mail from a vendor who uses Javascript to format bulk mail for us. The message displays correctly in the GW 2012 Client but not in the WebAccess Client. HTML code shows instead of a hyperlink. When Text mode is chosen, the link shows as a normal text link. When HTML is chosen, the HTML code shows. This doesn't happen when the document is forwarded to my GMail acct.

Any ideas on correcting this would be appreciated.
