Rules stopped working

Hi Forum,

(maybe this fits better in the agent section as rules run on the server... so if some admin wants to move it to agent section, don't hesitate :))


As you can see in the Subject already the Problem is that rules stopped working from on day to another.
I tried several things:
- de/re-activate rules
- recreated them
- run all kind of gwchecks (online)
- updated client

They only work if the user select all mails and then select a rule and hit the "run"-button.

Any suggestions? Thanks in advance!
