zman parameter about Encrypt Passphrase

Hi All
I try to create a batch file to automatic backup ZCM config file like CA and server config file..I have write simple script, but about Passphrase , I do not know which paramter could let me perform one line could export CA and alsp set passphrase done.
ZMAN document seem not provide such information, who could provide parameter let me complete this script ?
