Double clicking on desktop ZENworks, icons generates error

Hi,

When I double-click on an icon zenworks, I get the following error: "C:\Program The specified module Could not be found"
I read the document at the link https://www.novell.com/support/kb/doc.php?id=7010034
my value is: "rundll32 C:\Program Files (x86)\Novell\ZENworks\bin\NalShell.dll,NalExplorer ExecuteShortcut% 1"
if I change this value:
"rundll32 C:\PROGRA~2\Novell\ZENworks\bin\NalShell.dll,NalEx plorerExecuteShortcut% 1"
I get the error: "C:\PROGRA~2\Novell\ZENworks\bin\NalShell.dll The specified module Could not be found"

I can however open the icons just by right click - open.

This problem only happens on a PC HP 4540S, on the other PC I don't have this problem.
