How to set NTFS file permissions via ZCM Bundle?

So we have some software programs that INSTALL fine via Dynamic Administrator in ZCM.

However, after the install, the program won't RUN because it requires that the local user (domain user in our case) have certain rights to the directory in question.

Anyone know of a method via the ZCM Bundle actions to set the permissions after the software is installed?

For example, let's say the software requires that the user have "full rights" to like:
c:\program files\something\somethingelse
and
c:\windows\system\somethingelse



I do not want to use PowerShell.
