Desktop Client Filr Folder Location

When another user logs in on a Win XP machine with Filr desktop client and runs Filr for the first time, the default location for the Filr folder is "c:\documents and settings\temp\desktop\". Is this how it's supposed to be? Most of my users will never know that they should use their own document directory or how to get there on the initial setup. Their Windows user name is the same as their eDirectory name. Can I set the desktop client to automatically use their specific documents directory?
