Groupwise 8 CC: and BC: disappears

Hello Everyone

I have a strange issue.
When you create a new e-mail in Groupwise you have the option to carbon copy CC: and blind copy BC: secondary users.
I have this one user who managed to delete tehse two options somehow.
Could anyone provide some guidance on how to get these options back when you compose an e-mail.

OS: windows xp sp3
Groupwise 8.0.1 build number 89145

I already tried setting to default settings:
In Console one → Go to the Post office where users reside → highlight users → Right Click →
Groupwise Utilities → Client Options --> everything was set to the default settings for this user.

Also this is unique to this user on the computer. If a secondary user logs on the same computer they are fine they get the CC and BC options.
