Tuxera Driver Not Availible on Satelite Server

I've just attempted to use the Tuxera driver for the first time last week. After uploading the driver, I set the TFTP settings to replicate from our Primary server to our Satelite server that does all our imaging.

The primary server shows the driver as availible but the satelite does not.

I thought it could be the 11.2.4 bug with Tftp replication, so I've installed that patch. The TFTP replication status shows in Sync now, however the status beside the Tuxera driver shows not availible still for the satelite server. Is there something I'm missing?
