The zenworks service does not appear to be running

Hi there,

I am about to deploy windows 7 with zcm 11.2.3a but i discovered the "does not appear" problem on our workstations.

I am glad i noticed it before deploying 300 hundred computers.. when i read all the information on Novell knowledge base i decided to upgrade to 11.2.4 and install the newest adaptive agent after running the agent clean tool but still no luck.

Is there a patch for this problem i thought this problem was only on mac/osx and not windows7?

If some one knows the solution to this problem please lt me know.
