Login Error

Hi!

Sometimes when a user tries to login they get this error:
Novell Security Message
Internal error 0xC7E5001 occured.
Try again, if the error presist.

The Machine is a Windows 7 64 bit
Novell Client 2 sp3 for windows 7 (IR4)

Any solution for this problem?
