C01B-Invalid WordPerfect character -- not a valid charset or

Hi All,

Recently month, I usually receive many emails like below one from my groupwise.

Error that occurred: C01B-Invalid WordPerfect character -- not a valid charset or character
Date/Time: Tuesday, 26 November 2013 5:08pm
Sender user ID: sales
To requeue, save the last attachment to <post office path>\WPCSOUT\OFS\0

I must request them to resend to my gmail and try with one by one path of message to find the root cause

I recognize that the root cause maybe is one of
- the subject with UTF-8(vietnamese), I must change it to English.
- attachment name with UTF-8 (vietnamese), i must change to English.
- some of type of attachement, after zip that attachment, everything is okie

I wonder what kind of character or file type of attachment made this error shows?


I'm running Groupwise 2012 SP1 ( upgrade from groupwise 8 )
SLES 11 SP1.
