Scheduled Bundle is listed as not effective

Recently, all bundles that have availability schedules assigned stopped being deployed to our computers (Windows 7). When I view the properties of the Zenworks Adaptive Agent, the bundle status is displayed as Not Installed under Status and No under Effective.
When I view the system requirements, the device passes the requirements. The schedule is Mon-Fri, 9 - 5 so it includes all of the appropriate times.
I checked the time on the Zen server and clients and they line up. I do not have the "Use UTC" option selected in the bundle schedule.

If I remove the schedule, the bundle installs without a problem. This issue seems to affect both user and device assigned bundles.

For example, a device assigned bundle has the following assignment details:

Distribution schedule: device refresh
Launch schedule: device refresh
Availability schedule: Every Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri 9 (9:00 - 5:00)

This bundle will never install. However, as soon as I remove the schedule, it will install on the next device refresh.

The agent version on the devices is 11.2.4.32791 and the server is 11.2.4.

This seems to have occurred right after Daylight Saving Time, but I don't see anything wrong with the time between the server and the clients.
I would appreciate any troubleshooting help that you can provide.

Thank you very much!

Dennis
