My problem is I have a user who was only able to print B&W to a color printer. So I uninstalled driver and went to reinstall it in IE and got message saying "iPrint client not
installed" even though I know it was. I reinstalled & also uninstalled & reinstalled iPrint client and still get same message when I go to install a printer in iPrint on this workstation. Get same message in chrome and in FF get a blank screen when I click to add printer. Machine is Windows 7 SP1 w/iPrint client 5.3. Have googled this to no success. Any suggestions on why this happening.
