iOS7 iTunes Account Greyed out - No Sign in

I have several iPads with iOS 7.0.3 and 7.0.4 that are supervised through Apple Configurator and also enrolled in ZMM that when the client attempts to either log in or sign out of the iTunes account through settings the option is greyed out. I have one client that isn't setup through A.C. but through ZMM that has the same issue. So I am assuming this is something through one of my profiles that is preventing that setting to be changed.

Anyone know what option I either need to turn on or off to get this working correctly? Even deploying managed apps through ZENworks app fails since it will not allow an iTunes account sign in.
